On November 17, 2009, the Court entered a Memorandum and Order preliminarily approving the settlement. Notices to potential class members will be mailed no later than March 18, 2010. The Notice will include all relevant instructions regarding how to file a Proof of Claim, how to object to the settlement and how to opt-out of the settlement. A final fairness hearing is scheduled for July 1, 2010. In short order, relevant documents will be posted here and at www.berdonclaims.com
