Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. ranked Pomerantz among the Top 10 securities class action law firms of 2010. The Securities Class Action Services (SCAS) annual list of plaintiffs’ law firms ranks securities class action attorneys by the total dollar amount of final securities class action settlements occurring in which the law firm served as lead or co-lead counsel.  In 2010, Pomerantz recouped $225m on behalf of investors.
