Gustavo F. Brückner brings to Pomerantz many years’ experience in the areas of derivative, securities and mergers & acquisitions litigation. He received his J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992. He obtained a BA in Marketing and International Business with honors from NYU in 1988 and an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business in 1989.

Matthew L. Tuccillo graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1999, where he made the Dean’s List. Before joining Pomerantz, Mr. Tuccillo represented plaintiffs in securities, consumer, and wage and hour class actions.
