Chocolate

This class action was filed against the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world, The Hershey Company, Mars, Nestle, Cadbury Schweppes and their varying U.S. divisions, alleging they conspired to fix the price of chocolate sold in the United States over the past six years.  The lawsuit alleges that direct purchasers were forced to pay higher prices for chocolate as a result of the unlawful conspiracy.  If you purchased chocolate directly from a Defendant from February, 2002 to present, you are likely a member of the Class.
