Chereskin v. Fidelity National Title Ins. Co (Nassau Co. Fla.); Grosso v. Fidelity National Title Ins. Co. (Broward Co. Fla.) - After successfully objecting to an inadequate settlement proposed by other counsel in Dade County, Grosso v. Fidelity National Ins. Co., 983 So.2d 1165 (Fla. 3d DCA 2008), rev. denied, 2008 WL 519529 (Fla. Dec. 8, 2008), we are completing the steps to stay that case in favor of our cases, and will be moving for class certification in Broward County, Florida based on defendants' failures to provide the statutorily required reissue rate for title insurance.
