Fei-Lu Qian graduated from Albany Law School in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Qian served as an associate editor of the Albany Law Review and served as a law clerk extern to the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn, U.S.D.J., N.D.N.Y. Mr. Qian also served as a legal intern with the Office of New York State Attorney General.

Mr. Qian began his career as an associate at Lovell Stewart Halebian LLP, where he specialized in securities litigation. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
